Our Method
Lapsch utilizes a waste reducing review process to add beneficial improvements at every step of the business process. Lean thinking
identifies defects, overproduction, excessive inventories (in process or finished goods), unnecessary processing, unnecessary
movement of people, unnecessary transport of goods, and excessive waiting that does not meet the company or customer's needs.
At the end of the review, the proposed process improvements will prove to be cost advantageous and place your company in a more strategic
position.
For technology solutions, an agile methodology of design and development is utilized. This methodology establishes a collaborative working
environment that produces a prototype to be strengthened through each iterative cycle of review. In our experience it produces greater results and receives
client buy in and approval from the beginning to the end. Changes during development are structured and are easier and less expensive to make
instead of back tracking through previous points of the development.
